The 22nd Shanghai International Auto Air Conditioning and Thermal Management Technology Exhibition (CIAAR) took place at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from October 21st to 23rd.
DALY made a remarkable impression at this event by showcasing a range of industry-leading products and superior BMS solutions, underscoring its strong capabilities in R&D, manufacturing, and service as a dedicated provider of battery management systems.
The DALY booth featured distinct areas for sample displays, business negotiations, and live demonstrations. By employing a multi-faceted approach of "products + on-site equipment + live demonstrations," DALY effectively highlighted its strengths across key BMS sectors, including truck starting, active balancing, high-current applications, home energy storage, and RV energy storage.
This exhibition marked the debut of DALY’s fourth-generation QiQiang truck starting BMS, which drew significant interest. During truck starting or high-speed driving, the generator can create a sudden high voltage, similar to the opening of a dam, which may destabilize the power system. The upgraded fourth-generation QiQiang truck BMS features a 4x supercapacitor, acting like a large sponge that swiftly absorbs high-voltage surges, preventing flickering of the central control screen and minimizing electrical faults in the dashboard.
The truck starting BMS can withstand instantaneous currents of up to 2000A during startup. If the battery is under voltage, the truck can still be started using the “one-button forced start” feature.
To validate the truck starting BMS's ability to handle high currents, a demonstration at the exhibition showcased how it could successfully start the engine with just one button press, even when the battery voltage was insufficient.
Furthermore, the DALY truck starting BMS can connect to Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and 4G GPS modules, offering features such as "One-Button Power Start" and "Scheduled Heating," allowing for immediate winter starts without waiting for the battery to warm up.
