From October 21th to 23th,the 22nd Shanghai International Auto Air Conditioning and Thermal Management Technology Exhibition(CIAAR) opened grandly at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
At this exhibition, DALY made a strong appearance with a number of industry-leading products and excellent BMS solutions, demonstrating to the audience DALY’s strong R&D, manufacturing and service capabilities as a professional battery management system solution.
The DALY booth features a sample display area, a business negotiation area, and a live demonstration area. Through a diversified display approach of "products + on-site equipment + live demonstrations," DALY comprehensively showcases its exceptional capabilities across several core BMS business sectors, including truck starting, active balancing, high current, home energy storage, and RV energy storage.
This time, DALY is making the debut of its fourth-generation QiQiang truck starting BMS, attracting significant attention.
During truck startup or high-speed driving, the generator can produce an instant high voltage, similar to the opening of a dam, which may lead to instability in the power system. The latest fourth-generation QiQiang truck BMS has been upgraded with a 4x supercapacitor, acting like a massive sponge that quickly absorbs high-voltage current surges, preventing central control screen flickers and reducing electrical faults in the dashboard.
Truck starting BMS can withstand the instantaneous current impact of up to 2000A when starting. When the battery is under voltage, the truck can be started through the “one-button forced start” function.
To test and validate the truck starting BMS's ability to withstand high current, a demonstration was held at the exhibition showing that the truck starting BMS can successfully start the engine with a single button press when the battery voltage is insufficient.
The DALY truck starting BMS can connect to Bluetooth modules, Wi-Fi modules, and 4G GPS modules, featuring functions such as "One-Button Power Start" and "Scheduled Heating," allowing the truck to be started at any time in winter without waiting for the battery to heat up.
